直線導軌作為導向裝置,應當具有下列性能:
(1)導向精度 主要指導軌運動軌跡的度。影響導向精度的主要因素有:導軌的幾何精度和接觸精度,導軌的結構形式,導軌及其支承件的剛度和熱變形,靜(動)壓導軌副之間的油膜厚度及其剛度等。
(2)精度保持性 主要由導軌的耐磨性決定。耐磨性與導軌的材料、導軌副的摩擦性質、導軌上的壓強及其分布規律等因素有關。
(3)剛度 包括導軌自身剛度和接觸剛度。主要取決于導軌的形狀、尺寸與支承件的連接方式及受力狀況等因素。
(4)低速運動平穩性 動導軌作低速運動或微量位移時易產生摩擦自激振動,即爬行現象。爬行會降低定位精度或增大被加工工件表面的粗糙度的值。
